On demand cleaning services

We created an on-demand cleaning booking platform for Lazy so that anyone in Hong Kong can subscribe to a home-cleaning service without any hassle. Each subscription plan is customizable, allowing clients to choose the types of service needed, frequency and duration of service, and more. They can even decide to get a one-off service or a monthly subscription.

Lazy’s clients are also able to request a cleaner via the website and manage their bookings in the mobile app. We developed the interface for the clients to be able to skip sessions, reschedule their bookings, or request a particular cleaner. Payments can also be done through the app.

We also developed an app for the cleaners, with their own interface. They would receive the order based on their location and the preferred wages for each job. They can then select the suitable jobs that they can commit to.

To further extend the two-way communication between the homeowner and the cleaners, we have developed a chat messaging function in the mobile app. They can use this to exchange information in real-time, such as tasks and specific requests.
