Business productivity system

In the interest of protecting the company’s finances, we developed an automated system that could generate a cost estimation sheet. By inputting the manpower, equipment, and materials needed, the system would be able to predict the gross profits/losses of any particular project. The digital system reduces human error in turn for more accurate calculations.

Keeping daily operations running smoothly was a vital part of their responsibility. We built a HR management system for Fujimura that gives detailed insights of employee attendance records. We developed a facial recognition system for the construction workers to check-in and check-out during work hours. This information would be relayed to the construction manager.

At the end of the day, the construction manager would write a report of the day’s construction with an update of the work progress and any occurrences. The report will then be submitted to the upper management to be reviewed. These information are crucial in creating a report that indicates the KPI of the company as well as the sales forecast.
