In order to manage information sharing seamlessly, we developed a linked system between 3 separate apps for the merchant/restaurant, the rider and the customer.
To create an engaging and user-friendly experience for Folo customers, we developed a website and mobile app that gamified the ordering experience through the collection of stamps and reward points. This attractive feature would also ensure returning customers. The app also allows the riders’ real-time location to be tracked during deliveries.
Riders also have their own mobile app to receive orders nearest to their current locations. In order to increase the efficiency of the riders, the app proposes the most optimised route and pick-up sequence so that they can collect food or parcels from multiple locations.
The merchant app was developed for restaurants or sellers to accept or reject the orders received. Within the app, the merchants can decide how their menu/store looks to customers. The merchant app also provides reports so sellers can track their sales performance.
An admin dashboard was also built for Folo admins to monitor the day-to-day operations from a bird’s eye view. In the case of any issues, they are able to overwrite the existing flow and optimise the flow for all the 3 parties involved.
